Mentoring
Neurocoaching is a blend of coaching practices and insights derived from neuroscience. It focuses on understanding how the brain influences behaviour, thoughts, and emotions. Neurocoaching uses this understanding to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.
Neurocoaching is rooted in the principles of neuroscience, exploring how the brain functions and how this affects learning, decision-making, and behaviour. It aims to facilitate positive behaviour change through tailormade strategies using various techniques such as visualisations and cognitive-behavioural strategies to build mental resilience. Realistic, and achievable goals are targeted through the development of emotional and social intelligence. Neurocoaching seeks to empower individuals by providing them with a deeper understanding of their brain’s functioning and how they can leverage this knowledge to enhance their performance and well-being.

Who is it For?
Neurocoaching is for anyone who feels stuck in certain areas of their personal or professional lives and would like to move forward and unlock their full potential.

How it Works
Neurocoaching is a collaborative process rooted in the principles of neuroscience which is designed to help individuals achieve personal or professional goals through structured support and guidance.
A strong coach-client relationship is essential. It is important to build trust whilst identifying goals and clarifying objectives. Together we assess the client’s current situation and create a plan to implement strategies through support and skills development. Throughout the coaching journey we monitor progress, adapting and evolving according to changing needs. We celebrate our clients successes and help them transition to a less intensive support model whilst offering continued support where needed.
The number of sessions and duration will depend on a client’s specific needs and will range from short term – problem specific intervention (3-6 sessions) to longer term plans of 6 or 12+ months whereby extensive personal and professional development is identified or requested. The duration of Neurocoaching is highly flexible and will be tailored to the needs of each individual client. We will, together with our clients, regularly assess the coaching relationship to ensure it remains productive and aligned with the client’s evolving goals and circumstances.
